vocal remover also removing synchronization

[Stewart]

I just bought Karaoke CD+G creator (and Power CD+G Burner 2), and am so far disappointed. I spend a good hour and half or more synchronizing the lyrics I pasted into the screen with the music. Then when I did the Vocal Remover tool it also removed the synchronization. If you don't know the song, or are really particular, you have to have the vocals in the song to properly time the highlighting of the lyrics, and then remove the vocals and keep the synchronization. So, why is the vocal remover removing my synchronization too?
