Won't accept my code

My powerkaraoke converter 2 CD+G to video is 2 years old and I had to reinstall it because my computer crashed about a week ago. I finally found my code to unlock it. but I get a error message that the serial number is invalid. Do I have to renew the license and if so how do I go about doing it.

I've already sent an email to powerkaraoke with my code #.
