the program I just bought for 50 is doesn't work well at all. It stops and I have to close out computer to get disc out and restart. and it does it again and again. how can you fix this.

Do you experience problems when playing back CD+G discs only, or when playing back files from a hard drive as well? Does it happen for any CD+G disc? If you have another CD/DVD drive in your computer, please try using it instead. You may also try to reinstall the program.
