siglos professional

My siglos professional is no longer working except for the trial. Comment received was that it was old version. I purchased updates but have not received the unlock code and cannot even open the siglos professional any longer. I have a gig tonight and am in trouble. What can you do to help resolve this problem? There is no phone number to call for help
