power karaoke cd+g issue

Hi, I seem to be having a problem with the software, when i try to load cdg files into the program via drag and drop or choosing multiple files by add, the tracks dont load, the program just sits there with the rotating circle as if its doing something, i have tried this on 2 different machines and 2 different operating systems, windows 7 and windows 10, if i add one track at a time it takes about a minute to add the track, i dont seem to be having any issues with other karaoke burning software i have, it’s just cd+g burner, the reason i purchased your software was because i did not have to convert the files into .bin files, can you throw any light on my problem?
