Great software but doesn't fit my needs

Aloha team,

I'd like a refund for my software Karaoke CD+G creator. It works to a degree, but the tracks I'm working with have too much reverb so with voice removal it still throws off the song. Also the output to CD+G format isn't read by my Karaoke machine so even if I ignored the one issue I can't use the software with my Karaoke machine. Thanks
