If you just close the window the Advanced KJ setting to retain aspect ratio is saved. However, if you are to load settings from the saved settings file it reverts back to no on the preserve aspect ratio setting even though you saved it as yes.

Yup, I can confirm Danimal comments that it does not save. I'm sure this will be a quick fix from Piotr.
