SKP 2.4.3.21 Crashing

I Just set up the remote que and now the program crashes soon and often when adding singer's songs. I will send the log,

I've been hearing one of my KJ's seeing an issue with crashing lately on this build too. What's weird is when he reloads it, he's saying that the rotation is altered from where it was. I'm going to see if he can get a log for me to send in.

After many days of frustration, I discovered what was causing the crashes. Apparently, I had entered to much text into the additional text box in KJ settings. The text I am referring to is in the scrolling message of the singer’s monitor.

i'm not getting crashing as it is normally described, but freezing. the entire interface stops and the countdown timer on screen freezes but the song continues playing perfectly. have to shut down via task manager.

I've had that happen to me a few times on 2 separate systems. Mostly random. Last night it happened as I was trying to press the + to add a sing grin remote queue while the "wait for next" prompt was on the screen so I assumed that specific event triggered the freeze unrelated the any other time.

Last night I had exactly the same situation as what Paradigm Karaoke had happen where the counter stopped, but the song fortunately played out. This allowed the singer to complete the song. I didn’t attempt to do anything till the song ended. After completion the controls were frozen. Upon restart, I made several attempts to X out a singer no longer there from the rotation. Each time it crashed the program. Left him in the que till it was his next turn to sing and when I received the prompt opted to select remove from rotation and was successful. This build seems very shaky.

Any solution or new release please to fix these issues thanks?

Guys, I am sorry for the issue. We have identified the problem and a fix is coming today or tomorrow.

Will this fix correct the pause or disappearance of the scrolling message and pause or disappearance of lyrics on the singer’s screen?

It should fix both. The issue was when the text got too long and some of the resources were not created correctly. Please try this build:

The .24 build worked flawlessly for me all day and night yesterday.

.24 did the freezing issue again tonight.the lyrics keep going and music plays but the countdown timer freezes and so does the main interface
