youtube not working

Hi so I'm having trouble with the latest version of Siglos pro playing youtube files no files will load can you help please.

Do you have 2.4.4.45 release of the program installed?

Yes I updated when I renewed the licence

Hi Adam,
I'm still having problems playing you tube videos I'm on version 2.4.4.49, it will load but when I click on start nothing happens.

Same issue as above with youtube. Is there a work around? Like downloading the video and then playing it?

I am using 2.4.4.52 and it works as advertised for me.

I am having similar problem. I am running version 2.4.4.54. When I click on Play or Add to Playlist buttons - the title name appears on Playlist with the time e.g. 3:44, but it not a file (no extension) and will not play. If I click on Download for later button - it comes up with box "Getting available resolutions" but then an error box appears" Error - Cannot find download links".
I have tried deleting program and installing again, but no change. It used to work but now doesn't. I have friends that have the same program and they don't have problems.

Please click Settings (sprocket icon) in "Play from YouTube" dialog box, and then click "Update Now" button in Settings dialog box to update YouTube engine. Please let me know if it helps.

I updated today because I was having the same issue...now I supposedly can download from YouTube, but the files won't actually play.

I have been onto support about a month ago and I think I was in contact with you and I have tried what you said but it comes up with "No update available". I have been away and I thought I would try again to get a fix.
What is the error "Cannot find download links" that I get - am I missing files or something? Thanks

It means the program cannot find links for the chosen song.
