I just purchased a new laptop. I installed all of my software no problem except for Siglos! When I put in my registration code I got an error message saying that it is an old code and I need to re-purchase! Seriously? Did I buy this program or rent it? Even Office 2000 didn't expire!

Did you purchase the program more that one year ago? If so, please install the program from the originally downloaded setup file. It will work with the unlock code you have. The upgrade fee of $19 (or $29 if it is Siglos Pro) is required to upgrade the program to the latest version.

If you are still within your yearly period of free support&upgrades, please make sure the date&time settings on your computer are correct. Should the problems persist, please contact [email protected].
