Does your software create CDG files from MP3 , etc.?

I am trying to find out how to convert a MP3, MP4 or WAV. file to CDG for a karaoke system. The program I use to remove vocals seems to not have an option to download with the lyrics included with the file. I am having difficulty finding details on this when I search the internet. Please advise ... Thanks!
