cdg to video karaoke unlock code gone

My old computer is locking up on some of avi files. I tried to update directx but it did not work. the files play fine on my new laptop. I need to moe the program to my newer computer I lost my unlock code when I updated to netscape 8. All my old emails are gone. Is there a record of my purchase? Thanks
