I may not have completed the transaction

I have previously purchased the cd+g to ipod and the computer I was using died. So last night i tried to purchase another unlock code for my new computer using Vista. I thought I completed the process. Could you tell if I have completed the process, or If i need to purchase the unlock code again? I don't really want to pay twice, well 3 times if you count the dead computer I had to replace.
