We have improved the performance in this build:

It should add songs way faster. Please let me know if this is really the case.

Your new version fixed the slow add problem for me. It's so much nicer to have great support again! Hope things are working out for you Piotr in your personal and professional life and I for one am glad you're back and helping us users again!!

thank you for fixing this and i echo Hornet, i really hope things are getting better in your personal life. as far as business, you are here for us and we are here for you. i think Dana and Hornet both would agree that we will test anything you have to test for as long as it takes to keep Power Karaoke at the top of the heap.

Agreed wholeheartedly!!! It's awesome having y'all back. I also have no issues as far as any of the testing (specially since y'all have been able to implement most if not all of the extras that have been requested by myselfs and others here) Welcome back to the top of the heap (as Paradigm said) Hopefully things are better in all of your lives!

as a side note Piotr...the column width retention I was referring was the next column in the rotation window. (note screenshots I sent you). The volume retention is also still a glitch. I'm sure you guys will sort it out..other than that this new build is working good so far. Thanks again.

Thank you all. I am very happy that we are moving on.
We will deal with volume glitch and resizing issue in the next release, I am not sure if this week or on Monday.
I really appreciate the support from all of you, it makes working a pleasure.

Well everyone seems to be quiet about this problem for the past four days. I know my SKP has been running as good as before. Piotr, looks like you hit a home run with your fix. This kind of support is definitely why we rave about Power Karaoke's products. You kept the communication line open to us and we all knew that you were working on the problem and not ignoring us! Thanks to your hard work you have a lot of satisfied customers! Hope the problems in your personal life is going as well as the support you've been giving us! Take care my friend ...... until we have to tackle another problem lol

Big problem, Last night I had a crash and in locked the screen, was able to shut down with task manager when I restarted it came up in trail mode. Only had 15 min of show left so no one was upset real bad. Today I opened program and tried to enter unlock information (email dated June of 16. Program would not take information and unlock, kept saying that my subscription was only good for one year and had expired. I still have six months before it should expire.
I will find the log, I did have it running and get it sent to support.

Regarding the crash -- is it possible that the problem occurred for the singer with custom introduction screen?

No custom screens but was running slides in background not solid colors. I have the registration problem fixed Just downloaded and installed the latest version after closing and it came up check for updates seen there was a new version so I down loaded it and that did it the program opened up just fine as registered. still have concern of crash and skipping singers in rotation even when they had song in que. I managed to keep the line up straight but it was a slow night and not many singers
Sent logs by email.

Dana, was it skipping the singers entirely, or just reorganizing the list in the background? i have the issue when i inactivate someone and reactivate them the next round, it will put them next and if i look at the playlist view, they are all out of order.
the fix on the spot was to take each singer and move them down one spot, then right back up to where they were. it resets the playlist order and all is well.
