Siglos Pro add singer search problems

I installed the latest version of power karaoke pro, The singers and there history do not even show? What can cause this? I am running windows 8.1 . Also another question how can I just import onl;y the old singers and songs as well? Any help is appreciated.

In your documents folder look for the My Karaoke folder and inside you'll find a file named siglos.db. This is what you should back up. If you have KP to automatically backup your listing, this is where you'll also find the saved backups.
