Hi staffers, I thought you told me that this problem was being worked on and a solution imminent in a short time.
IT'S BEEN TWO FULL MONTHS!!!
How about a solution or a re we going to be stuck on version 24 forever???

Hey Guys what going on with fixing the bugs in the latest release? haven't heard anything in quite awhile. At least give us an update as to what is happening and what to expect, fix wise.

It has now been THREE MONTHS since I first informed you of this problem. It is still not fixed; No correspondence has been forwarded to us as to whether the problem is even being looked at, let alone being corrected. All we get is silence and more and more of your customers are reporting the SAME PROBLEM and unfortunately are being either IGNORED or treated like the proverbial mushroom. Question; Can Siglos actually afford to ignore its loyal and long-standing clients???????????
C'mon guys, help us out here - at least answer our requests.
SKP Faults

SURPRISE! SURPRISE! SURPRISE!
No, this is not about M.A.S.H., but it seems our sightless leaders have actually been successful in rectifying our main SKP problem.
Unfortunately, they have obviously kept the discovery to themselves.
However, if one was to:
1. Open the programme; 2. Go to Help & select website;
3. In the website select Downloads; 4. Select SKP version .27;
5. Download it and Hey Presto.
Now, why haven't the fixers made claim to the result?????

N.B. Version .26 has disappeared from the planet. Good luck everyone.

Version 2.0.27 fixes issues that were troubling 2.0.26, so it is the recommended upgrade now.

I don't want to have to pay for another copy , I have lost programs and serial codes for this program , I brought it from a friend whom was Karaoke DJ , they have since passed and , I would like the code to unlock the new Power Karaoke please

Update subscriptions are only good for a year. I doubt if your friend's subscription is good anyway, so you'll probably have to pay for new updates. Besides, I don't think you would be able to get the code that someone else paid for, otherwise everyone would say the same thing.
