couple issues came up at last night's show..
1. The column widths on the remote queue window kept resizing from where I set them quite frequently during the show.
2. My heading text on my announce screens normally says "Hangin' with Hawke Presents" since doing the install of 28 all my announce screen headers now read "Hangin' with Hawke". Ihave run the default script but I still have to fix the headings on all my announce screens.
3. and duplicate song requests are still going into the rotation

discovered at the gig last night nobody (on any of the connected devices) could scroll to the bottom of the current queue screen it goes part way gets the working circle as it bounces back to the top of the list

i CAN log in and see my songs perfectly, but clicking on any of them causes the same issue.

I'm not using the new kiosk enabled version, however I have seen this on my normal SKP version ... and for me it was caused by Windows Defender. Another symptom I had was, when I loaded SKP it took about 20 seconds to load vs the usual 5 seconds .... when initiating either a filler track or a karaoke track, SKP would freeze for about 15 seconds then start playing.

Disabled Windows Defender and the problem disappeared.

I also tried setting exemptions in Windows Defender, for the SKP executables along with folder exemptions, nothing worked. Only thing was to disable Windows Defender completely.

just tried out 29..no songs showing anywhere..no browse no search by song no new songs..only place i saw any songs was when i logged in and clicked my songs..something went screwy methinks..lol..not even showing in the manage songs window..says i have like 59,000 but not showing any of them..went back to 28 and they're all back

My songs are showing up in all categories. Searching for songs is not a problem. However, in the new song section there are some songs that are not listed.

Piotr, I tried using my iPad again and the circle that goes round and round doesn't stop when I select an artist that has two or more songs. It doesn't display the list of songs for the artist. It works fine on a laptop and iPhone. Will you also be adding the "detect comma" feature for the remote like you have on SKP?

On a positive note, I like the added features. These are some things that was requested in the past and it should make the KJs very happy.

I will do testing on iPad today.

And I am not sure if "detect comma" is possible, but will try to make it happen.

OK, found the problem with iPad and (I hope) with what hawke68 reported. Try this one:

nope..still not showing my songs in the manage songs dialog says i got 59290 but not showing any and announce screen headings are still messed.

Awesome job Piotr!

The iPad fix works just like it supposed to and the detect comma fix is just what the doctor ordered!

One thing to note. In the New Songs area, only one song is displayed for all artists. Even if I added two or three new songs for an artist it will display only the first song that is listed in alphabetical order.

*UPDATE* Just discovered that if I use the Browse by Artist feature and I scroll through the artist and select an artist with two or more songs the remote will display all the songs. However if I use the Browse by Artist and enter an artist's name at the top and the artist has two or more songs and I select the artist it will not display anything, just a blank screen. This happens on the iPad, iPhone, and PC.

so far, this is working just like you said it would, awesome job Piotr!
i love the option to decide how far to go back for the new additions, i would not of thought of having the option to show after a certain date only.
and searching just in new additions... great idea.
the only issue i am having is firefox for android being tempermental, tapping the button highlights it only. on desktop it works perfectly.

Hornet is correct, it does only show the first of an artist in the new songs even if there are many from that artist.

I will try to make the buttons work better.

Hi Piotr

The problems are still there. Using the Browse by Artist and entering the artist's name still does not show any songs. The New Songs list is still only showing one song. I think this is the reason some new songs are missing.
