program not responding

My program shuts down while searching for a song . I thought it was because I had added so many songs recently. I even purchased a brand new computr to see if that helped. but it still is doing that. I had sent a message to you via email before, you said you needed my bios page or something. but I could not email that because my only source for email was thru my phone. anyway< I assumed that my computer or something I did was the problem, but had read that others are experiencing this as well since your update.... it really is very stressful and makes me look bad to bar owners and customers. Please fix this issue. it cant possibly be something I can do because like I said everything I have is new now. UUUGHH
