cdg to mp4: error on convert

I get an error when trying to convert a file: cannot create processing graph (I am using Win 7 64bit).

I get this error in trial version (not sure if that matters). I am evaluating this program, but it does not work for me (crashes with this error).

Please reinstall the program, and then retry.
