worked for one day the shut down-no phone number or adddres

Product does'nt work after one day, I'm a little confused! Worked fine when I tried it my first day. Now when I load disc it won't say the song is loaded! Please send or post a answer for me please!

If this is Power CD+G Burner -- please email us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory. This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
If this is another program please give us some more details.

Have the Power CD+G Player Pro-it comes with player screen alright then, if I try to load karaoke disc to play and click on one of the songs, it sshows song not loaded, I can forward and bacward on the controls, but won't play, and keeps popping up the signup to get code screen? So maybe there simple fix I hope. Thank you

Make sure that the proper CD drive is selected in Settings dialog box. And the use 'Load Disc' button to load the CD.

Thankyou for your quick response, but I still have no working system I have tired both settings, and nothing will play??? I have only one hard drive, since I have a laptop. So really I don't know the next step!! Would re-downloading the program help, but I don't want to pay twice? Or A refund on my card? Thank you

Please try to reinstall the program -- use the regular download link from our website. If it still does not work please email us.

Had to download Aspi Version 4.70, thru one of your links, now system works, Yeah! Thank you for your help! Hopefully no more problems!

Program worked fine for two days then I went to use it, and went back to the trial mode and whats a code to unlock it?? I'm really confused??
So what do I do now?? Maybe your program does'nt like me Ha Ha!
