I am unable to complete authorization for purchase

Hello,
I currently own Power CD+G Player Pro that I got through TrialPay. I have tried four times to purchase "Power CD+G Burner 2 for current users" for $29 from your website but all four times it has failed with an error stating: "Authorization not completed! Something went wrong during the authorization process."
Could you please tell me what I need to do to get this to go through?
