Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

we've been using the software successfully for some time but it suddenly, for no apparent reason, stopped working within the last week and we only get error codes including the following:

"Cannot Write AVI File"
"Error: AVIStreamWrite, error: 2147205010"
"Cannot Write Audio"
"Cannot Open the Result AVI File"

please, advise

Please check the location of the output folder. Please make sure the folder exists, and that you have writing privileges to it.
