Need help with crashing power cd-g burner 2

hi, i just bought this today and every ones in a while the program just crashes, not while ripping a song but it crashes between songs, any idea??

when it crashes its always after zipping file and befor starting next track, at the moment im on karaoke cd ET-6 and i had to restart program between tracks 7-8-9-10-11, this is the most i`ve had to restart so far :/

Does it happen for any CD+G disc you are trying to rip?

Yes, its annoying and the strange thing is that most of them are in mint condition
"and i wish the db was better upto date" but it will be soon =) btw when i want to send my db is it my email i need to put in or is it the db i want to update???

Please try to change a output format, and let me know if it changes anything. For example test CDG+WAV.

i tried same disk with mp3-wav and it crashed at the same spot as with Zip
sry bout the other Q i didn`t read well enough haha =)

Please try to play back the disc using a demo of Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2, and let me know the result.

LOL do i look like an a**... sorry a thousend times for bothering you.. it must have been a flaud dvd RW.. i changed due to it just stopped reading CDG and this one i have now is running with no errors "exept for the swedish letters
Å Ä Ö" so its just a challange to rip swe CDG haha but sry again for bothering you with this
