Purchased Karoke Video Creator on 24th October and still not received unlock key.
This dispite two reminder emails to info and via PayPal
Also tried (unsuccessfully it seems) to post message similar to this one yesterday.
This really is an appalling level of service

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to identify your order. Please contact info@powerkaraoke.com directly, and provide full registration data: full name, home address, order number, etc.

Also, please check your spam folder it may an e-mail with the unlock code is there.
