No Widow re-size ability in Power CD+G Burner 2

I purchased the newer version of Power CD+G Burner (2.0.6) to stay up-to-date.
When I burn discs I often burn in excess of 14 songs. My previous version (1.7.2) had the ability to resize the window by pulling down on the lower corner to see the list of songs in excess of 14. And you could also widen the window by lulling to one side.
However, the new version, while the mouse changes to a double arrow for pulling, the window will not resize in any direction. Is this a glitch with my download or a known problem? Either way, please let me know how to fix this.
I am running a PC with:
Windows 8.1
Intel 13-4130 CPU Dual Core @ 3.40GHz
16.0 GB RAM
64 Bit
