Video plays but no sound on some songs on same cd after downloading them

Please provide a more detailed description of the problem. What is the program name? What is a format of files and discs you are trying to play back? What is your operating system?

When I ripped cd to pc I got video and sound on some songs and not on others. Have checked it did rip the sound file but is not playing when the video file is playing. It is a cd+g karaoke top hits cd made by u-best multimedia. Is there a way to associate the audio file to get it to play with video on the siglos player. system win 10 siglos also is there a customer service number I can call to fix this issue

What is a format of files? What program are you using to rip CD+G discs?

power cdg burner 2 does not make sense that part of cd works and others don't

Are you playing tracks directly from a CD+G disc?
