unlock codes

I can not get my unlock codes to work on Power CD+G Buner 2 or
Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2

The best way to enter the unlock code is to select the entire email with
the unlock key (press Ctrl+A), and then copy it to the clipboard (press
Ctrl+C). All fields in Unlock dialog should be populated.

If this does not work please copy and paste the unlock code. To do this
copy it in the registration email (select it with mouse and press
Ctrl+C) and then paste into the dialog box (activate unlock code edit
box and press Ctrl+V).You may also do the same for email address, as
unlock code depends on it.

Your unlock code is valid. Please followed the sent instruction to unlock the program. Should the problems persist, please send requested screenshots.

Please make sure date&time settings on your computer are correct.

I purchased silos several years ago,my computer has gone bad ,just bought another one,don't have the unlock code to put silos on my new computer, can you send me the code so I don't have to purchase it again thank alice
