Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Every time i add unzipped .cdg and .mp3 files to CD+G Burner 2 and press burn it crashes.

When it was working (twice) it burns to the CD-R but i have no graphics (words) just audio.

I have tried converting and not converting the files with the same result.

I have checked for the log file and i do not have one - please help - i have paid for this and it is not working!

Please run the program, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send it to support@powerkaraoke.com.
