Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

so i have been talking with Piotr about this but wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.
most of my custom announcement screens work just fine, but i have one that is crashing the system when it pops up. i'm guessing it is the font, but want to see if it is only me with this issue.
