Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I was using .6 ver. of the burner with no problems .
I thought it would be a good idea to update so i installed .16 ver. it wont work the burn button is faded out it wont see my drive anymore i have been emailing back in forth with someone there they are tring to help me but we seem to be getting nowhere I have reinstalled the .6 ver and now it wont work at all either please help

Please email us the log file again -- we will see what has changed. Have you installed any CD recording software since you were able to burn OK?
