Run time Error when trying to Edit singer

Have an issue with getting a runtime Error every time I have a song playing and try to go to edit singer. I am running Win 10 and version .53 Karaoke Pro. Have reset reg to default and did not help. Has anyone else had this or is it something new. Don't use it much but a good tool if it was working properly. Sometimes I get a singer that turns in a duet and then just sing by themselves the rest of the night and would like to take the other singer off screen.

It happens only when the song is playing?

Dana, the most current version is 52. Is that the version you're using? This sounds like something I encountered many versions ago, but Piotr corrected the problem. Are you using the "Edit Singer Properties" on the rotation window or are you using the "Edit Singer" button on the Add Singer popup? I tried editing a singer using both methods and I could not duplicate your problem. I am using KP version 2.0.52 on a Windows 10 laptop.

[Sorry I edited my first response]

looks like Dana is just wanting to change the singers name instead of delete them from history.

is it the normal "program has asked runtime to end..."

Dana

Prior to receiving the runtime error can you tell us exactly what you're doing? Step by step would really help.

I start the program wait for everything to come up and ready to run click on add singer button go to edit singer button up in the top left of the add singer screen. Run time error and program shuts down if I don't touch the edit singer button and add a singer as I normally would then everything runs fine. I have had an issue before when the program locked up and I had to close it I would lose all the new singers that were not already in my history. I also was not saving any history add new singers or old singers new songs. I had to restore computer back to a time when it was running without issues and reset the Reg's to that time and that took care of that issue. I am running .53 that parot told me to try. when I was having the issue with the history. it is newer than the updated .52. I also found the issue when I had a singer that would sing a duet and then sing by themselves so I would go the edit sing and get run time error. That is where i first got it. and was asked if that was the only time so I tried it as above.

My Bad! I went to backup computer and it worked just fine. Went to working computer and reloaded .52 and it seems to be working just fine now also. Don't understand it the singer edit screen even looks different now. But as long as it works that is what counts. I tried both top and bottom next to add singer and it works just fine also. Just what I was wanting to do. It was almost like I had an old version but showed version .53 on the about tab.

Great1 I think it was just a hiccup that your laptop encountered. The good news is your SKP is working just like how it supposed to.
