Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

On my win8 laptop, it was working fine that last time I used it. Yesterday fired up PK and now I get no audio. The words appears on screen and everyting works as should but just no sound. It is not the laptop as I get sound through other apps. I tried it straight through the PC only (not connected to monitor) and through HDMI and even through headphones out - in each case I double checked my audio settings to ensure the right audio out was selected. Confirmed it is the software. Any ideas?

On my other laptop, PK was working until I upgraded from win8 to win10. Ever since PK will not load when I double click the app??? Any ideas?

Please specify the name and full version number of the program you are referring to. Also, please write what is a format of files you are having problems with when playing back.
