Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I tried this software on my other computers and the same problem, it's with the screen preview the display is lagging if I am away from the screen singing it can screw you up at times is there a fix for this?
I was running windows 7 and now running 10 and my one computer is brand new and it still has the same issue.....
I had this software for 3 years now and paid for the extended support hoping this would eventually be corrected?
My software is up to date!

the preview screen is set by default to just be a preview so it only updates twice per second.
in settings, kj settings there is a place for "preview screen update" and it is set to 500 (that is miliseconds, so every half second) if you set it to 50, it will update 20 times per second (the main screen is 25 times per second) so the lag will go away and it will be totally singable.
