Since upgrading to Windows 10, my7 software will not work. Message says it is not compatible. Any help out there?

Old, pre-Windows 10 releases of the software may not work properly under this operating system. In such case installing the latest version is recommended. However, please remember that this may require a license renewal depending on the date the program was purchased.
