I had purchased the program with recorder and burning options and when upgraded the OS from windows 7 to 10 it did not installed. I need my code to download and install again.

Old versions of the software may not run properly under Windows 10. I recommend to upgrade both programs to version 2. Please visit "Upgrades and special pricing" section on Buy Now webpage to place an order.
