I just purchased a new computer do I have to purchase new software or can I download previously purchased product ie karaoke professional & creator

I recommend to renew the license, and install the latest release of the program.

when I renew the license will I receive a code to down load the complete install?

Yes. You will receive a new unlock code to unlock the latest release of the program.

Tried to purchase as a renewal and got the following error
"Authorization not completed
something went wrong during the authorization process"
