reinstall of siglos pro

I had to rebuild my computer and am trying to register my siglos pro download. I believe my current purchased upgrade is still valid. However, when I try to look up the registration or purchase information I am asked for an order number and email address. I have no idea what my order number is, therefore I am stuck. Could you please provide me with a registration number so I may use my program.
If in fact I am due to renew my software let me know and I will follow that procedure.
