I have copied and pasted my unlock code from the email and made sure my email/name is spelled correctly. I click ok and the window disappears but the program does not unlock...
Very frustrated.

I can't get this to unlock on my laptop running vista, so I thought maybe to try it on my desktop (win7) I was having the same issues but after several tries and reboots it finally unlocked. thing is I really want it on my laptop so I can hook it up to my basement TV and stereo, but no matter what I do it will not unlock....

I am not getting any satisfaction with support, they asked me to send screenshots, so I did, they said they needed higher res ones so I resent, now I hear nothing back at all.....
