Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I can't burn a disc on my HP desktop, which uses Windows 10!
Preparing Image File works, but the burn process does not!
I followed the settings adjustment suggested, but nothing works!
How do I resolve this problem?

It may be the CD/DVD drive you have does not support CD+G format. Please run the program, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send to support@powerkaraoke.com.
