Siglos player recorder will not open

I paid for the latest update for the siglos player recorder.
Updated operating system from windows 7 pro 32 to windows 7 pro 64 all other Power k programs work fine.
I downloaded and installed from your web site.
I deleted and reinstalled the program will not open
Other programs trial pro player will open creator mp4 converter and tools all open fine

Ran virus check after running the virus software the siglos player opened and works fine
Do not understand it the good news it is working fine

After shutting down the pc for a few hours, I tried to open the player once again. It will not open. Windows indicates the program is not compatible
Any suggestions it ran on windows 7 pro 32 bit not on windows 7 pro 64

Please download and run the following file:

It will revert Siglos 2 to default settings. Should the problems persist, please let us know.

Thank you sadly the siglos player 2 will not open. I ran the link with no luck
Oddly the pro version in trial mode will open, and I had backed up a very old player recorder version 1.2.75 and that also opens and works fine
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times with no luck

Please try to install the program on another user account, and let me know if it changes anything.

No the program refuses to open very strange. As your pro version in trial mode opens as does an older version going back to version 1 point something.
Also Karafun opens as does Show Presenter.
So why would your pro version open without issues and this one not?
Well that's what we are trying to figure out.
I did the regedit thing with no luck thank you

Please test if Siglos Karaoke Professional will work with KJ mode disabled. You may disable it in "File -> Settings -> KJ".

Thank you for all of your support.
Your efforts are were greatly appreciated.
Pro was not the issue.
I decided to reinstall windows. Upon doing so I used a back up to install the program and it is working fine.
Though just so you know there were issues with the download directly from your site. That did not work.
The issue for now has been resolved

I think I Solved The Issue

After testing my findings 3 times it appears the issue was the sound card. Windows 7 pro 64 Hp machine did not like the sound card installed.
I have an M-Audio Interface with USB. After connecting the interface the player opens and works fine. That is version 2.057
The newer version still does not open. I think it is 2.062. What ever the latest version is, it does not like Hp's windows 7 pro 64 machine
While the pro version has no Issues.
