Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I purchased power burner 2 two years ago. I had to reformat my computer and I saved the program and reloaded it. It asked me for my keycode when I reloaded the doblon program & I put it in. It copies the music perfectly but no the lyrics. I tried different combinations in the settings with NO LUCK. Do I need to purchases a new copy of the program?

Please run the program, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send it to support@powerkaraoke.com.
