Hey we use this for a 7 day a week karaoke bar and this last 3 days has been bad. Ever since the last update the entire system crashes and all of a sudden will not play songs it had in before. I thought it was a computer storage problem so I moved have the files to an external hard drive. I try adding the files from the external hard drive and the system crashes. I tried dividing the files up into smaller files to see if it couldn't read that large a file and had the same result. I tried reseting siglos to it's default settings and that didn't work. I am not horribly computer savy so I am getting very frustrated. please help!

Marc, download and run this reg file. It will revert everything on KP to the default settings so you will have to redo your settings.

http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/si ... efault.reg

Before you run the reg file:

In v67.5 go to settings then on the bottom right corner of the popup, click on tools then save settings. Run the reg file then go back to settings then tools and click on load settings then go to wherever you saved the settings file and select it, this will replace the default settings with your settings. But prior to doing this you have to be running v67.5.

I also bought it for 3 days and the system does not work, it cost so much to choose and I chose one with so many problems. I hope somebody helps me or has already been reimbursed for what I paid. But I would be really happy if karaoke worked.
Waiting for some solution.

Marco, try running the default script that I posted on Mar 19. It will revert KP to default settings. This script has cleared up problems that pop up from time to time. Once you run the script you will have to redo all of your settings. If you are using the most current version you can save your settings to a file. Please see the directions I posted earlier.
