Hello,
I purchased power burner 2 2 years ago. I had to reformat my computer and I backed up my power burner file. After reformatting and re loading the file and putting in my key code the program would only copy the music and not the lyrics. My question is : Do you have me on file as having purchased Power Burner 2? Can I pay the update fee and go to the website and download Power Burner 2 without having use MY program files? Will I receive a new Key code if I update?
I have a problem email you direct since I do NOT have an MSN Outlook account. Would it be better to just re-buy the program? Please help me I need to have your program again on my computer.

I am using the same eamil I used originally 2 years ago.

Please switch to CDRDao mode, and enable MMC_RAW driver in Settings dialog box of the program.
