I just got the software and I don't understand how to stop the screen saver and how to remove the text,
"Power Karaoke presents"
performing
enjoy!
This is in the way of the lyrics. I am sure it is a button but I cannot figure out how to turn it off.

To Edit the singer announcement screen that you are talking about open settings and click on KJ and then click edit singer announcement screen there you can make any changes that you wish. the other click display screen and on that page just uncheck use visualization. that will get rid of the new display screen visualizations.

OVER the lyrics?
that's bizarre, it should go away when the lyrics start.
you might try resetting.
if you go to settings > tools > save settings.
save it somewhere accessible and name it whatever makes sense to you.
this will save the parts you have changed yourself.
then run this script

this will reset the registry settings and manages to fix most problems.
then go back to settings > tools > load settings
pick the settings file you saved in the previous step
this will put the parts that you changed back the way you want them
try again and see if that fixed the problem.
