I have been checking inbox and spam boxes, no trace on my end of receiving the unlock code. Have sent you two emails in total now, received? If we are not going to be able to email, what other method do you recommend?

Still not getting the emails. Not in Inbox and not in Spam. I sent a Facebook message, since we are having troubles with our emails connecting would you send via Facebook Messenger?
Love your software and never had this issue with you folks at all. You folks are also the only ones I'm not getting emails from.
Looking to get two more of your programs soon but this is getting frustrating!
If I've done something wrong or doing something wrong I don't know what it is. Please help beyond, "email sent again". I can provide another email (Yahoo) but don't wish to do so in a public forum like this.
