I guess I need a new unlock key..?

Hey all,
I had to get a new computer and downloaded the Power Karaoke software. The old unlock key is not working.
I've tried both WITH hyphens and WITHOUT hyphens, putting it in the Help/Unlock tab along with my name and email address. It's NOT working. What to do? Can Power Karaoke send me a new unlock key?
