I purchased this program on 11/12/16 and everything has been working fine. Went to use it yesterday and I am locked out, I believe my purchase was good for a year could you please send me another unlock code.

What is the name of the program? What do you exactly mean by "locked out"? Does the program work as unregistered? If so, did you try to unlock the program with the unlock code you already have?
