I ordered and paid for a renewal this morning and now it is late afternoon and I have still not received my code. Please check this out for me

I purchased Siglos Professional a few years back and now my computer died and I cant retrieve the program. Do I need to purchase another copy or can I get it downloaded to my new computer?

if you do not have a backup of the version you purchased, there is unfortunately not much that can be done. older versions are not saved on the main server.
however, since you ARE already a user of Siglos from a few years back, you can get the latest version for only $29.
there have been MANY updates in the last few years that are amazing and well worth the update price and will also give you another year of updates at no further cost.
