viewing pre-made cdg cd's

Hello
I have made my own Karaoke cdg's and am wonding why I cannot view them on my computer.
When I click on the cdg area of the program I'm receive an error messages saying "may not have asci" .
I've downloaded this program.
I have a laptop using windows xp. Can you please provide the web page or let me know where I can receive the latest version of your program.
Pls help

Can I apply this code to the newest version?

PLEASE DO NOT POST UNLOCK CODES ON PUBLIC FORUMS! You have made your unlock code available for everyone -- please do not do this again!
Regarding your problems -- please email us with your details (name and email address used to purchase the software). And make sure that you are entering the unlock code to Power CD+G Burner -- it will not work in the Player.
