November 3, 2016/Invoice ID 189194/ PowerKaraoke upgrade. I need to know what to do. I put a lot of work on my cd's. I feel I shouldn't have to purchase it again. Even if I lose all my work. Just have to start all over.

Your unlock code is valid. Did you try to unlock the latest release of the program with it?
